Start with a gentle exfoliation by massaging the face and neck using light circular movements. Then soak 2 tissues in thermal water and apply to the right and left sides of the face, like a sheet mask, for 10 minutes. Finally, apply a thick layer of a hydrating and soothing mask that penetrates the skin and protects it.

Yes, it’s possible with a gentle product adapted to sensitive skin, the texture of which must be smooth and comfortable. When the skin is sensitive, we recommend exfoliating only once a week. Use circular movements, not pressing too hard, and then rinse well with clean water. When it’s time to dry, gently pat the skin with a towel.

The Milk Cleanser allows for a very gentle make-up removal from the face and eyes. It can be massaged into the face and neck using circular movements and then removed with a cotton pad soaked in lotion or water. Alternatively, apply the milk cleanser to a cotton pad and apply from the centre of the face outwards.
If you feel the need to rinse with water, you can of course do so. To neutralise the hardness of tap water, simply finish your cleansing with a toner or a spritz of the Thermal Spring Water.
